Evoke Security Description

Evoke Security is a cybersecurity company focused on securing agentic AI workforces — environments where AI agents operate alongside human employees with access to organizational systems, data, and tools. The company raised $4M in pre-seed funding to address the security risks introduced by the proliferation of AI agents in enterprise environments. The core problem Evoke Security addresses is that AI agents often have broad access to sensitive resources — including email, messaging platforms, customer data, internal databases, and source code — creating significant single points of failure. Security teams frequently lack visibility into which agents are operating, what they can access, and what actions they are taking. Evoke Security's platform is organized around three functional pillars. The first is Inventory & Governance, which provides auto-discovery of connected agents, models, tools, and data sources, including agent skills and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, to eliminate shadow AI. The second is AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM) and Threat Modeling, which maps attack paths, identifies malicious skills and MCPs, remediates over-permissioned agents, and assesses blast radius before a compromise occurs. The third is Detection, Prevention, and Response, which monitors all prompts, tool calls, and agent responses in real time, enforces per-agent policies, and blocks unauthorized actions. The platform supports multiple deployment architectures, including local agents via an endpoint agent, production agents via SDK and proxy API, and SaaS agents via a browser extension. The company was founded by security veterans with backgrounds in nation-state threat investigations and security engineering for Fortune 100 companies.
