Shush's authentication approach is designed to replace traditional OTP-over-SMS methods, which are vulnerable to SIM swap attacks and SMS spoofing. Silent Authentication uses the SIM card and mobile network data to verify user identity without requiring the user to take any action, preserving the mobile app user experience while improving security. The company also offers White-Glove managed services, drawing on telecom industry expertise to integrate Shush Sherlock with MNO network elements and support the business operations required to run a network authentication business unit.
