KvantumCI is the flagship product of HackiHub, a technology company founded in December 2024 by Marek Šottl. The platform is a DevSecOps posture and reliability management product intended to connect DevOps, SRE, cloud and security teams through a shared engineering workflow. According to the company, the platform combines pipeline analysis, cloud configuration evaluation, operational insights and automation. It is described as a single place where teams can review the state of their systems, assess their delivery practices and maintain stability at scale. It is not positioned as a security-only or DevOps-only tool. Development began with market research and data collection in early 2025, followed by work on a rule engine in May 2025 that serves as the core evaluation system. Full platform development started in June 2025, bringing the components together into one solution. The target market is engineering organizations that run CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure and want more visibility across the software lifecycle.
