InboxSeguro is a software platform that gives organizations visibility and control over which systems send email using their domain. It analyzes DMARC reports to identify sending platforms (it can detect more than 50, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Amazon SES and HubSpot) and builds an inventory of sending systems, detected via PTR/ASN and DKIM, where you can assign an owner and a status (approved, inactive, review) to each one. Provider names are inferred through reverse DNS (PTR) and may not be exact. The platform alerts users when a new sending service appears or when volume falls outside the expected monthly range set for each system. It also detects forwarding and shows DNS status, reputation and received reports. Guided DNS setup supports a staged DMARC rollout: monitor with p=none, authorize legitimate senders, then move to quarantine or reject, avoiding disruption to legitimate mail. It also helps uncover shadow IT, meaning sending tools contracted by other departments without IT knowledge. Reporting includes a monthly technical report in the dashboard and a monthly governance PDF that supports internal reviews and audits. InboxSeguro also offers free, passive DNS-based checkers for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records. These show the published configuration, not actual mail traffic. The product is built for companies without a specialized email security team, with guided setup in Spanish.
