Securyzr iSE is an integrated Secure Element (iSE) IP module that provides root of trust functionality for system-on-chip (SoC) designs. The solution is embedded directly into the main SoC rather than being a separate chip, offering hardware isolation and dual computation capabilities. The product provides cryptographic services, secure boot verification, secure firmware updates, and provisioning services to host systems. It includes protection against physical attacks such as side-channel attacks and fault injection attacks through active shield and digital sensors. The module supports key management, anti-tampering mechanisms, and secure monitoring capabilities. Hardware features include tunable cryptography with post-quantum cryptography (PQC) support, physical attack protection, and a Cyber Escort Unit that checks code integrity on CPUs. Software capabilities encompass secure provisioning using secure communication protocols, secure boot for platform integrity verification, secure update functionality, secure monitoring for attack detection, and secure debug for programming and lifecycle management. The solution targets IoT applications ranging from ultra-low power sensors to connected vehicles. It is designed to be customizable for different chip designs and industrial applications, with certification readiness for standards including FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, ISO, AUTOSAR, and EVITA. The iSE can be combined with Securyzr Server to form the integrated Security Services Platform (iSSP) for chip-to-cloud security management and remote device fleet management.
