Enginsight Website Monitoring is a web security and risk analysis module within the Enginsight cybersecurity platform. It monitors the availability, performance, and security posture of websites and web servers, available as both SaaS and on-premises deployments. Availability & Performance: Monitors website accessibility and response times from multiple geographic regions (e.g., Germany and USA). Tracks metrics such as DNS lookup time, First Contentful Paint, and DOM Complete. Triggers alerts when a site becomes unavailable or slow. Simulates real user monitoring (RUM). SSL/TLS & Encryption Monitoring: Monitors SSL/TLS certificates, encryption protocols, cipher suites, and configurations. Checks compliance with BSI technical guideline TR-03116-4. Includes a Certificate Manager that tracks certificate expiry across all monitored assets. Performs HTTPS connection checks and DSGVO (GDPR) compliance checks. DNS Monitoring: Lists and validates all DNS records. Checks for correctly configured security-relevant records including CAA, SPF, and DMARC. Alerts on changes or misconfigurations. HTTP Header Security Check: Analyzes HTTP header configurations and assigns security ratings. Checks for security-relevant headers such as Content Security Policy, Strict Transport Security, and X-XSS-Protection. Vulnerability Management: Scans web applications for CVE-based vulnerabilities and open ports. Identifies potential attacker entry points. Provides an overview of security risks across web services.
