CYB3R Vulnerability Management is a managed service that provides continuous identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across an organisation's IT infrastructure, including endpoints, workloads, and systems. The service follows a structured five-step vulnerability management cycle: Assess, Prioritise, Act, Reassess, and Improve. Before the cycle begins, a preparatory phase is conducted to evaluate existing resources, define programme scope, assign responsibilities, establish remediation SLAs, and determine scanning frequency. The service incorporates AI and machine learning to automate vulnerability detection, threat analysis, and response. Key AI-driven capabilities include automated vulnerability scanning of IT infrastructure, applications, and devices; real-time detection with immediate alerting; continuous monitoring for ongoing visibility into the threat landscape; and automated remediation processes to reduce manual effort and response times. Risk assessment is supported by AI-powered risk prediction models that use historical data, machine learning algorithms, and threat intelligence feeds to forecast potential security risks. Vulnerabilities are prioritised based on business impact, threat severity, and exploitability, following a risk-based approach aligned with standards such as CVSS and referencing resources like the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) and MITRE CVE catalogue. The service is designed to address common vulnerability management challenges including accurate vulnerability identification, risk prioritisation, and timely patch management.
