WEBFRONT-K includes a hardware SSL accelerator that handles encryption and decryption operations in front of web servers. The system manages certificates and keys for multiple servers and supports 2048-bit RSA keys for SSL communication. The hardware-based SSL processing is designed to handle higher key sizes compared to software-based implementations. The platform incorporates Dynamic Application Proxy (DAP) technology that simplifies the network stack to reduce bottleneck points between user and kernel space. The high-performance switching fabric routes non-web traffic directly to web servers without security inspection.
