Thalorin Anti-Tamper is a compliance management platform designed to support Department of Defense Directive 5200.47E Anti-Tamper requirements. The platform manages Anti-Tamper plans throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from concept development through verification and validation phases. The system addresses five submission milestones required before major acquisition decision points: AT Concept Plan (before MS A), AT Plan (before MS B), AT Plan Update (before MS C), AT Verification Plan (before FRP), and AT Validation Plan (before FRP). It coordinates workflows with the Anti-Tamper Executive Agent (Secretary of the Air Force SAF/AQL). The platform provides structured templates for AT plan development, timeline automation with deadline tracking, and verification and validation planning integration with Integrated Master Schedule linkage. It includes a protection mechanism library containing approved mechanisms with implementation guidance and cost estimates. Additional capabilities include trusted foundry compliance with DMEA supplier validation per DoDI 5200.44, export variant management for systems with foreign disclosure requirements, and cost integration with PPBE budget tracking. The system maintains configuration control between domestic and export variants, tracks approved mechanisms by partner nation, and provides complete audit trails of decisions. The platform supports management of Critical Program Information protection through tamper-evident enclosures, active anti-tamper responses, and secure memory architectures tailored to specific threats.
