Secure-IC Specific Cryptography IP provides hardware implementations of advanced cryptographic methods beyond classical hash, block cipher, and public key cryptography. The product offers four specialized cryptography types: Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) enables computations on encrypted data without decryption, with results matching those from operations on decrypted data. This is used for privacy preservation in outsourced storage and computations. Lightweight Cryptography (LWC) provides low computational complexity and small footprint implementations. The product supports hardware implementations of lightweight algorithms such as PRESENT and PRINCE, following ISO/IEC 29192 standards. These implementations target systems with strong footprint constraints like wearables. Pairing-Based Cryptography (PBC) uses pairing of elements from two cryptographic groups to a third group, enabling applications such as tripartite key exchange. White Box Cryptography (WBC) combines encryption methods with obfuscation of secret keys within application code, making the encryption engine and secret keys indistinguishable to attackers. The industrial use of this method is still being defined. The product is designed for integration into hardware systems requiring specialized cryptographic capabilities.
