HacWare is an AI-driven security awareness training and phishing simulation platform built specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). It automates phishing simulations and end-user training to reduce human-error-related breach risk for MSP clients. Key capabilities include generative AI-built phishing simulations that adapt to user behavior and target moments of susceptibility (distraction-based vulnerability scoring). Business Email Compromise (BEC) simulations can be injected directly into Microsoft 365 inboxes. Training is delivered via short video modules (under 3 minutes), available in English and Spanish, with compliance-based lesson plans covering CIS Control 14, FACTA, FISMA, HIPAA, ISO/IEC, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and SOX.
