Flexis IT Managed Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) is a managed security service that provides 24x7 monitoring, detection, and response for endpoint threats across customer environments. The service is delivered by a Security Operations Center (SOC) staffed with cybersecurity analysts who monitor endpoints, triage and validate alerts, perform threat hunting, and execute remediation actions such as isolating endpoints from the network and terminating unknown or unsafe processes. Endpoint security agents are installed on workstations and servers to collect data, which is forwarded to Flexis's SIEM for automated analysis and correlation. The SOC team investigates flagged persistence mechanisms and other threat indicators, and upon confirming a threat, takes containment and remediation action and delivers a custom incident report. The service supports two endpoint security platforms: SentinelOne and Microsoft Defender. It can be integrated with Flexis's XDR/SIEM tooling to extend coverage into an end-to-end security solution. The service also includes integrated NOC and SOC capabilities.
