Defendify Vulnerability Scanner is an agentless vulnerability assessment tool that automates the discovery and scanning of network assets to identify security vulnerabilities. Results are prioritized using AI, machine learning, and contextual analysis to rank vulnerabilities by remediation category (critical, medium, warning, or info). Automated reports are generated monthly through the Defendify platform, with ad-hoc reporting available on demand. Reports include detailed descriptions of identified vulnerabilities, remediation recommendations, and source data to assist security teams in addressing security gaps. The scanner is designed for continuous operation with a recommended minimum cadence of monthly reporting. The tool is part of Defendify's broader All-In-One Cybersecurity Platform and integrates with their layered security approach. Setup involves working with cybersecurity experts to determine scan type and asset coverage, followed by enrollment and activation of IP addresses for monitoring.
