Managed services are operated out of US-based, SOC 2 Type 2 certified Security Operations Centers (SOCs) running 24/7. The SOC team monitors, investigates, and responds to security incidents. AI technology is used for real-time threat detection and prevention, enabling containment and mitigation of threats before full execution. The managed services model is designed to integrate with client operations and existing resources, functioning as an extension of the client's security team. Executive-level reporting is provided alongside incident triage and remediation.
