CYB3R's Security Operations Centre (SOC) is a managed SOCaaS offering that provides outsourced cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response for UK and global organisations across Government, Enterprise, and SME sectors. The service is delivered via a subscription-based, cloud-based model and is structured across three tiers: **1. SIEM as a Service** Log collection and correlation built on an open-source Elastic platform, managed by CYB3R. Includes monitoring Monday–Friday (8am–5pm), integrations with existing log sources, over 500 detection rules, automated correlation and alert reporting, quarterly security management reports, bespoke dashboards, and 30-day log retention. **2. CYB3R SOC** A fully managed SOC with 24/7 operations. Includes all SIEM as a Service features plus SIEM integrations for EDR, firewalls, NDR, IPS, endpoint analysis, and WAF; over 1,200 prebuilt detection rules; threat intelligence via MISP; SOAR automation; dedicated SOC analyst; monthly rule fine-tuning; quarterly vulnerability scanning; quarterly threat hunting; and 45-day data retention. **3. Custom SOC** A dedicated, isolated SOC built to client specifications. Includes all CYB3R SOC features plus custom SIEM/SOAR deployment, custom ingestion and retention, compliance mapping (ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, DESC, DHA), custom use cases and playbooks, vulnerability management for IT/IoT/OT, a bespoke incident response plan, an IR retainer, custom threat intelligence, digital risk protection with 4 takedowns per year, continuous threat hunting, and dedicated L1/L2/L3 analysts and SOC Manager.
