Key operational capabilities include: - Infrastructure containment and preventing further spread of threats - Identification and elimination of attacker entry paths - Malware analysis on affected systems - Device identification, isolation, and fleet-wide threat hunting - Digital evidence collection The onboarding process establishes a single point of contact, defines incident reporting procedures, prepares access credentials, documents critical assets and topologies, and configures tooling to operate within the client's environment. Secure data exchange and continuous information flow are also established during onboarding. Clients gain access to the Compass Security Expert Panel, which provides advisory support for security-relevant decisions and immediate measures during an incident.
