Business LOG Cloud is a cloud-based log management suite designed for enterprise IT infrastructure monitoring and regulatory compliance. It collects, stores, and manages corporate IT access logs in the cloud, with data centers hosted on Microsoft Azure across two European locations. The product operates via a lightweight agent installed on each monitored machine (client, server, or device), enabling real-time log collection without requiring user or administrator intervention. Logs are accessible through the Business LOG Client viewer or a multitenant HTTPS web portal. Key compliance targets include GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and the Italian Privacy Guarantor's regulations for System Administrators. Log retention follows the timeframes and methods prescribed by these regulations. The solution is licensed per node, with a minimum order of 5 nodes. The entire enterprise infrastructure must be monitored — selective machine monitoring is not permitted per regulatory requirements.
