Arcabit Bezpieczna Szkoła (Safe School) is a security suite designed for educational institutions, combining antivirus protection with parental controls and endpoint management capabilities. The package includes dual antivirus engines for detection and removal of malware, spyware, and other threats. A bidirectional firewall, anti-spam module, email protection, and browser protection are included as standard components. A key feature is Safe Storage — a technology that maintains copies of original files (documents, images, databases, spreadsheets) to protect against unauthorized modification, encryption, deletion, or destruction by malware, including ransomware such as Cryptolocker variants. Files can be recovered even after encryption or accidental deletion. Parental controls allow administrators to filter website content by category or custom rules, block access to inappropriate sites, control encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and schedule internet or computer access by day and time. Application control enables per-user configuration of access levels. Additional components include USB port control, multimedia device control, encrypted disks, cloud-based scanning, backup functionality, registry protection, and system tools. The Arcabit Administrator console enables centralized remote management of all installed Arcabit packages across the school network. It provides configuration management, status monitoring, update control via local repository, event log review, and remote user activity monitoring — accessible from any networked computer with Arcabit installed. The subscription includes free technical support, daily virus database updates, and free upgrades to new versions. The suite supports all versions of Microsoft Windows and also covers Android devices.
