The platform provides custom-built incident workflow templates that work with response teams, standard operating procedures, and communication paths during emergencies. The system supports the complete incident management lifecycle including incident identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, assignment, initial diagnosis, escalation, resolution, and closure. It automatically identifies response teams and sends alerts based on on-call roles with escalation rules based on incident priorities. The platform includes built-in task management capabilities where incident templates can be created with task list templates. When an incident is launched, tasks are automatically assigned to incident responders with guidance on procedures to follow. Incident operators and managers can monitor task progress, identify blocked tasks, and track SLA compliance. The system transforms static business continuity plans into active, actionable tasks, providing flexibility to add tasks on-the-fly when unanticipated scenarios arise. All stakeholders have access to a common operating picture during critical events. Incidents can be triggered automatically based on critical events from Visual Risk Intelligence (VRI) or IIoT devices, including intrusion detection systems, environmental sensors, and supply chain disruptions. The platform provides detailed reporting at the incident level with metrics including MTTA, MTTR, and MTBR, with reports downloadable as PDF documents.
