NIS 2 GAP Analysis is a consulting service that assesses an organization's compliance readiness with the EU's NIS2 directive requirements. The service is delivered through a two-day workshop format where representatives from relevant organizational areas participate in systematic reviews of critical security domains. The analysis evaluates current security posture across multiple areas including IT and information security governance, risk management, incident management, business continuity and disaster recovery, supply chain security, security in information systems and networks, training and awareness programs, encryption, personnel security, access control, asset management, and physical security for digital environments. The assessment methodology is based on ENISA's implementation guidelines for NIS2 and considers additional requirements from Swedish Cybersäkerhetslagen. During the workshop, participants answer questions and discuss their current status and challenges in each security domain. The deliverable includes an action plan to strengthen cybersecurity, which can be aligned with ISO 27000, NIST, or CSF frameworks depending on organizational needs and requirements. The service is designed to provide organizations with a clear understanding of their current security level and concrete proposals for meeting NIS2 compliance requirements.
