NETconsent Training Management System (TMS) is an e-learning delivery platform that enables organizations to distribute training content directly to employee desktops. Administrators can upload training materials from any source or provider, organize them into a content library, and target delivery to specific individuals, groups, or the entire organization. Training can be scheduled and automated, with enforcement mechanisms that prevent users from indefinitely deferring completion. Content is delivered through the NETconsent kiosk, a centralized interface where employees can view assigned training and track deadlines. Supported content formats include SCORM, HTML5, and video. The platform includes an Examiner module that allows administrators to create assessments using multiple-choice, Yes/No, and True/False question formats. When combined with the Reporter module, TMS provides compliance-oriented reporting on training completion and assessment results.
