After deployment, the NOC and SOC teams handle ongoing monitoring and management activities to maintain security standards. The service includes 24-hour monitoring, monthly security reports, and log retention for a minimum of 30 days. Technical support is activated immediately in case of equipment failure or malfunction to restore service. The offering includes helpdesk services, VPN capabilities with IPSEC and SSL protocols, Unified Threat Management functionality, and SD-WAN features. The service also includes regular appliance updates to maintain security posture.
