indevis Managed XDR is a managed security service that provides Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities for organizations, delivered and operated by indevis as a managed service. The service is built on the Palo Alto Networks endpoint protection platform and supports two variants: Cortex XDR Pro and Cortex XDR Prevent. indevis handles the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the XDR administration interface on behalf of customers. The service enables centralized collection and correlation of security data across multiple layers — including endpoints, servers, and firewalls — to support earlier threat detection and faster incident response. For example, malicious code in attack emails can be identified before ransomware executes on an endpoint. Google Chronicle is integrated into the broader indevis MDR platform to support log collection from network and cloud sources, alert enrichment with additional context, and acceleration of incident handling through automated workflows. indevis also provides an extensive use-case catalog to deliver immediate value after data source onboarding. The Managed XDR service is only available in combination with the indevis SOC as a Service offering. Agent deployment and local troubleshooting of XDR agents are not included but can be commissioned separately on a project basis. indevis holds ISO 27001 certification for its MSSP business unit.
