When an incident or question arises, users are connected directly to a dedicated expert specialized in the relevant area. The assigned expert follows the user through the entire process until the issue is resolved. For incidents, the service provides assistance with damage management, future optimization, and cyber advisory. Upon resolution, a comprehensive report is delivered that can be used for ongoing security work. The service is designed to provide organizations with immediate access to specialized cybersecurity expertise, helping them respond quickly and take appropriate actions to minimize damage from security incidents. The service covers everything from suspicious email inquiries to active ransomware attacks. An optional add-on called Scam Blocker (TruEmpower™ Scam Blocker) is available as a DNS protection service to secure employee devices from malicious links and websites.
