TrafficIQ Security Testing Services is an annual subscription-based, fully managed cyber defence evaluation service offered by IDappcom. The service uses Traffic IQ Professional software installed on a dedicated device deployed at the client's location to assess the effectiveness of existing security defences. Testing is conducted by IDappcom's experts at either weekly or monthly intervals, based on the client's chosen frequency. The evaluation covers exploit and malware testing, with newly discovered exploits and malware incorporated into assessments as they emerge. The service also leverages Proofpoint's ETPro packet captures to extend the scope of evaluation, enabling testing from additional angles and providing extended malware detection coverage. Upon subscription, IDappcom ships a pre-configured device to the client with installation instructions and implementation support. Ongoing management is handled entirely by the service provider, with the client only required to act on any recommendations issued. The service identifies areas where security improvements are needed, including where new rules should be added or compensating controls applied while patches are pending. Reports and recommendations on corrective procedures are provided throughout the subscription period. Pricing is £4,400 per year on an annual rolling subscription basis.
