Workspace Anywhere with Hypori is a virtual mobile infrastructure (VMI) solution approved by the Department of the Air Force (DAF) that enables authorized personnel to access government networks and applications from personal mobile devices without installing MDM, MAM, or UEM software on the device. The solution creates a fully isolated virtual workspace on the user's personal device, ensuring that the government organization has no access to the user's personal data, browsing history, applications, downloads, or any other personal activity on the physical device. All government data remains server-side and is never stored on the personal device. Eligible users include military (Active, Guard, Reserve), Civilian, and Contractor personnel with "@us.af.mil" and "@spaceforce.mil" email addresses. The solution is approved for use at home and OCONUS locations, and does not require a CAC (Common Access Card) to log in after initial enrollment. Within the virtual workspace, users can: - Access NIPRNet and CAC-enabled government websites - Send and receive encrypted emails via Outlook/OWA - Access Microsoft Teams - Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) - Digitally sign documents Enrollment requires access to a NIPRNet computer or AVD, and involves downloading the Mobile Connect and Hypori apps, scanning QR codes for onboarding, and completing Purebred registration for certificate-based credentials. The solution uses Chrome as its standard browser within the virtual workspace.
