DeepView CorpGuard is a compliance-focused platform designed to record, archive, and monitor corporate social media and messaging channels. It targets regulated industries that must adhere to standards such as FINRA, SEC, MiFID, FCA, NIST, and GDPR. Key capabilities include recording and archiving conversations across encrypted messaging platforms (primarily WhatsApp), with support for both personal/BYOD and corporate devices. On personal devices, users receive an onboarding link via email and can designate which contacts are work-related; personal chats are excluded from recording. On corporate devices, recording is pre-configured across all WhatsApp channels. The platform provides real-time alerting for sensitive data — including photos, videos, and text — and supports voice message recording and archiving. Onboarding is designed to take approximately 90 seconds and requires no app download. Customizable encryption options are available for recorded conversation confidentiality. CorpGuard offers multi-functional recording modes: recording only the employee's side, or both sides of a conversation (with notification to the other party in the latter case).
