Darwinium Copilot is an AI-powered assistant embedded within the Darwinium fraud detection platform. It operates as a conversational interface that helps fraud operations teams investigate, configure, and improve fraud prevention strategies without requiring manual coordination between fraud, product, and engineering teams. Core capabilities include: - Natural language querying of transaction and event data to surface suspicious patterns, velocity anomalies, and behavioral indicators - Automated rule and feature recommendations based on detected fraud typologies (e.g., account takeover, synthetic identity, bot activity, scams) - Graph and dashboard interpretation, allowing users to interrogate visual data and receive contextual explanations - Impact analysis to evaluate rule or policy changes before deployment - Co-authoring of detection features alongside fraud analysts - Network analysis to identify common data points and behavioral patterns across related attack events Copilot has count-level access to platform data by default, with the ability to review graph data, event-level data, and workspace files based on user permissions. It feeds insights back into the platform's decision layer to adjust risk policies and detection logic. The underlying system is built on OpenAI. A data anonymization layer is noted as in progress to limit exposure of personally identifiable information.
