CYSIAM Managed Detection & Response (MDR) is a managed security service providing continuous 24x7/365 monitoring, detection, and response against internal and external cyber threats. The service combines Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) with analyst expertise to monitor networks and devices, identify threats, and prioritise response actions based on potential severity of impact. It is positioned for UK Private Sector, Public Sector, and affiliated bodies, including Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) operators. The MDR offering encompasses two core sub-services: - Security Operations Centre (SOC): Intelligence-led monitoring and detection operations. - Threat Hunting: Proactive search for threats within the environment.
