Canada Compliance Manager is a compliance management solution developed by CyberCatch, designed to help Canadian organizations — particularly small and medium organizations (SMOs) — achieve and maintain compliance with CAN/CIOSC 104, Canada's national cybersecurity standard. CAN/CIOSC 104 is a standard that prescribes up to 55 cybersecurity controls aimed at protecting organizations from cyber threats. The standard was developed by Canada's CIO Strategy Council (now the Digital Governance Council), and CyberCatch's founder and CEO, Sai Huda, was involved in authoring it. CyberCatch has received endorsement from the Digital Governance Council and support from Canada's Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED). The product is positioned as an affordable solution for organizations in sectors such as manufacturing, municipalities, and educational institutions — segments identified as frequent targets of cyber attackers in Canada. The tool guides organizations through the process of implementing the required cybersecurity controls defined in CAN/CIOSC 104, supporting ongoing compliance efforts against the framework's requirements.
