The service is staffed exclusively by U.S.-based analysts and is offered in three tiers: **Platoon Force (Entry):** Provides 24/7 SOC monitoring and alerting, SIEM with unlimited log ingestion, basic event correlation, incident triage and escalation, and monthly executive reports. Supports bring-your-own endpoint tools and security appliances. **Battalion Force (Mid-Tier):** Adds SOAR-powered automated incident response with customized playbooks, advanced SIEM correlation and custom rules, periodic threat hunting, standard ITDR (Okta, Entra ID, AWS IAM), forensics on an as-needed basis, and compliance reporting (HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC). **Brigade Force (Elite):** Includes all lower-tier features plus continuous threat hunting, full forensic investigations, advanced ITDR with custom playbooks, network sensors and intrusion detection, managed EDR (CrowdStrike or SentinelOne), SOAR multi-vector response, vCISO strategic advisory, compliance roadmaps, and quarterly business reviews. Pricing is per user per month with no log ingestion limits and no caps on devices or applications.
