CONTECHNET INPRIVE is a data protection management software designed to help organizations implement and document GDPR compliance requirements. The solution provides industry-specific processing directories that can be populated with organizational information. Users can capture and maintain all processing activities in a processing register, define contacts and deputies, and assign technical and organizational measures (TOM) to processing activities. The software includes a deletion concept with configurable retention periods. INPRIVE includes integrated risk management functionality that guides users through risk analysis, risk assessment, and risk treatment processes. Organizations can assess the probability of risks occurring during data processing and evaluate potential impacts. The software generates risk treatment strategies and derives tasks and measures for responsible personnel. Additional capabilities include data protection impact assessments (DPIA), management of data subject rights requests through a ticketing system, and incident management for data protection violations. The software can import data from Excel/CSV files and Active Directory. It shares a common database with CONTECHNET's information security and business continuity planning solutions, enabling reuse of organizational data such as processes, personnel, and infrastructure. Reports including the register of processing activities can be generated automatically. The software is developed in Germany and designed for EU-wide legal compliance documentation.
