Boxphish Phishing Simulations is a security awareness platform focused on phishing simulation and employee training. It provides a library of over 150 phishing simulation templates covering B2C and B2B scenarios, including templates mimicking Microsoft 365, HMRC, Dropbox, QR codes, and Deliveroo, among others. Users can also build custom simulations using a built-in simulation builder. When a simulated phishing link is clicked, users are directed to educational landing pages that provide hints and tips on identifying phishing signs. Custom landing pages can be created to align with internal security policies. The platform supports two operational modes: - Automated learning journeys: 12 or 24-month programmes that deliver a monthly phishing simulation followed by a short video-based training course. - On-demand assignments: Ad hoc simulations sent to all users or specific groups, with options for staggered and randomised sending to replicate real-world attack conditions. A reporting suite stores all simulation campaign data, allowing administrators to track click rates and monitor progress over time. The platform includes a phish report button enabling employees to report suspected phishing emails directly from their inbox. User management is handled via integrations with Google and Microsoft Office 365. Single sign-on (SSO) is supported for portal access. Training content can also be delivered in SCORM format for use with external Learning Management Systems (LMS). The platform is designed to require minimal administration effort, with typical setup taking around 60 minutes for a 12-month programme.
