Black Breach Managed Security Awareness Training is a service that provides cybersecurity awareness training to educate employees on identifying and repelling cybersecurity threats. The training aims to protect sensitive data, intellectual property, and information systems from theft and damage. The training courses include animations for visual engagement, dynamic quizzing to assess learner progression, unique testing with randomized questions and answer orders, instant grading feedback, and metrics for leadership review. All training content is designed to be concise and interactive to maintain learner attention. The courses are Section 508 Compliant under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The service includes a managed training portal where learners are enrolled and can access courses. Completion certificates are provided for each course completed under the curriculum. Training metrics are available upon client request. As part of the service, Black Breach offers three hours of incident response triage at no additional charge if the client experiences a cybersecurity incident. This triage includes verbal expert recommendations on recovery attempts and recommended actions, though recovery is not guaranteed. The service operates on a three-year initial term with automatic one-year renewals. Clients can choose to pay monthly or annually for the service.
