The platform distributes policies to employees and enforces acknowledgement through controls such as presenting policies before desktop login, restricting network access until policies are accepted, and recording the time spent reading each document. Administrators can target policy distribution to specific teams, departments, or individual users. Version control is enforced by ensuring employees only access the current version of each policy within the NETconsent Kiosk — a centralised hub where employees can access all policies, training materials, and compliance documents. Comprehension testing is supported through the NETconsent Examiner module, which allows administrators to create and administer tests after a policy has been read and acknowledged. Pass/fail results are tracked per user. The NETconsent Reporter module generates management reports on policy compliance, with drill-down capability to individual user activity, providing an auditable compliance record. HR can access detailed records of which policies, training, and tests each employee has completed. The platform integrates with NETconsent's Training Management System, allowing training materials linked to specific policies to be delivered alongside the policy acknowledgement workflow.
