NETconsent Examiner is an employee assessment platform designed to test staff understanding of corporate policies, training materials, and other business content. It allows managers and administrators to create and deploy examinations tied to internal content such as policies, SCORM materials, videos, and presentations. Exams can be constructed using multiple question formats, including Multiple Choice, Yes/No, and True/False. Question pools can be created and randomised to ensure each employee receives a unique test, reducing predictability. A "Pilot mode" allows administrators to trial an exam with a subset of users before broader deployment. Exams can be distributed to the entire organisation or targeted subgroups based on content relevance. Enforcement options allow administrators to set time constraints within which employees must complete exams. If an employee fails, configurable remediation options are available, such as resitting the exam or re-accepting a policy before retaking. Employees receive certificates upon passing, which can be recorded in their HR personal development records. A kiosk history section allows employees to review all completed policies, training, exams, and certificates. The reporting module provides management with data on exam participation rates, average scores, departmental compliance, individual failure counts, and identification of employees who have not completed exams. This data can be used in audits to demonstrate compliance with policies and in HR investigations to evidence employee awareness of policies and training.
