It provides protection against multiple fraud types including spamming, flooding, faking, spoofing, smishing (SMS phishing), and malware distribution such as FluBot. Technical capabilities include real-time distributed message processing, detailed metrics and reporting with visualization, real-time CDR generation, and content monitoring. The system supports home-routing/tromboning detection and SMS MT filtering. Automatic blocking can be configured based on originating address, destination address, global title, and IMSI number. The firewall is designed as a carrier-grade fully redundant solution that is configurable and scalable. It complies with GSMA specifications and guidelines for SMS firewalls. The product can operate standalone or in combination with Mobik SMS Guard for enhanced grey route detection and prevention.
