Backup storage is hosted on Microsoft Azure Blob across 9 global regions, with unlimited cloud storage included in the subscription. Restore options include point-in-time restores, item-level restores, and cross-OS restores. A self-service portal allows end users to search and recover their own files from any browser-enabled device, reducing IT workload.
