Kount Global Watchlist Search is a compliance screening service that checks individuals and entities against consolidated global sanctions lists and watchlists to help businesses detect and prevent financial crimes. The service screens submitted data against multiple data sources including U.S. government lists (OFAC, FinCEN, FBI, CIA, Department of Justice, Federal Reserve, Bureau of Industry & Securities, U.S. Customs), international sanctions lists (UN Security Council, OECD, EU, Interpol, World Bank, HMT/Bank of England), adverse media sources, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) databases. Data can be submitted via API integration or batch file uploads. Once submitted, records are added to a monitored portfolio that is screened on an hourly and daily basis, rather than periodically.
