IP2Location IP-Country Database (PX1) is a downloadable database that identifies IP addresses associated with VPN servers, open proxies, web proxies, Tor exit nodes, search engine robots, and data center ranges. The database maps IP addresses to their country of origin using ISO 3166 country codes. The product is delivered as a subscription-based database available in multiple formats including binary (BIN), CSV text files, and CIDR notation. It supports both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and receives daily updates at 00:00 UTC. The database contains information on different proxy types including VPN, Tor (TOR), public proxies (PUB), and web proxies (WEB). The PX1 package is the entry-level offering in the IP2Proxy product line and does not include data center and web hosting (DCH) ranges, which are available in higher-tier packages (PX2-PX12). More advanced packages include additional data fields such as proxy type, region, city, ISP, domain, usage type, ASN, last seen timestamps, threat indicators, residential proxy detection, and fraud scores. The database can be integrated into applications across all server platforms and programming languages. Sample data and source code examples are available for PHP, ASP.NET, ASP, C#, VB.NET, Microsoft SQL, and MySQL. Automated download processes can be configured using provided download scripts.
