How it works: - An integration is created via the InCountry portal, and the InCountry Email address is added to the sender's email configuration. - Outbound emails are routed through InCountry Email, which identifies placeholder tokens in the email content. - InCountry Email replaces those placeholders with the actual plaintext personal data values in-country. - The email is then redirected to a local SMTP server within the recipient's country, which delivers the email to the end recipient. This approach ensures that personal data does not leave the recipient's country of origin, supporting compliance with data localization laws.
