IKARUS OT Security Professional Services is a suite of service packages designed to support the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Nozomi Networks technologies — specifically Guardian sensors and OT Security Sensor Management via the Central Management Console (CMC) and IKARUS MSSP Vantage. The service portfolio is structured into distinct packages: **Deployment Package:** Covers device specification, network parameter configuration, customized system configurations, security profile setup, integration with manufacturer-supported logging and ticketing systems, appliance installation, functional testing, and web interface orientation. **Advisory Meeting Package:** Provides recurring post-deployment services including knowledge transfer, training, alert review and optimization, and feature request consideration — available on-site or remotely. **Health Check Package:** Focuses on ongoing system health verification, covering device specification, network configuration review, and functional testing of Guardian sensors. **Optimization Package:** Includes dashboard and report configuration, new feature enablement, external solution integration, alert review and optimization, and minor design adjustments to existing implementations. **Service On Demand:** Offers ad-hoc consulting for individual tasks such as employee onboarding support, alert review assistance, situational assessment, and OT security project/program management. **24/7 Nozomi Emergency Service:** Provides round-the-clock on-call support, cold standby hardware for rapid device replacement of Guardian sensors and/or the CMC, and annual training and exercises with the IKARUS hotline. Services are delivered by Nozomi Networks-certified IKARUS industrial security experts and include an optional Proof of Value (PoV) engagement prior to full deployment.
