GajShield GS585nu is a next-generation firewall appliance designed for enterprise environments. The device is ICSA Labs certified and provides network security with a focus on data protection and visibility. The firewall includes 8 ports of 1Gbps copper and 4 ports of 10Gbps SFP+ interfaces, supporting up to 24.1 million concurrent sessions and 300,000 new sessions per second. It delivers 72 Gbps firewall throughput, 13.2 Gbps VPN throughput, and 9 Gbps NGFW throughput. The appliance supports high availability configurations in both active-active and active-passive modes. It can handle up to 10,000 VPN tunnels and includes redundant hot-swappable power supplies for continuous operation. The device provides data leak prevention capabilities, application filtering, and network behavior analysis. It includes bandwidth management, load balancing, and policy-based ISP routing. The firewall offers on-appliance reporting and can be managed through GajShield's centralized firewall management system. The GS585nu features configurable WAN/DMZ/LAN ports and includes 2 expandable slots for additional modules. It supports BYOD policies and provides visibility into data transactions across the network.
