Ericom Connect is an application and remote desktop access solution available as either a cloud service or on-premises software installation. It enables organizations to connect distributed workforces, partners, or customers to IT resources and applications through a centrally managed platform. Users are provided browser-based access from any device running any OS, with no client software required to install or maintain. IT administrators manage the solution through a centralized, web-based administrative console, from which they can publish applications and desktops and configure granular access policies. The solution supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) and integrates with existing VPNs. As an alternative to VPN routing, the built-in SSL layer fully encrypts traffic between clients and terminal servers, including over public networks. For organizations with Windows and legacy applications, the solution includes HTML5 access technology that enables these applications to be accessed via a browser without modification, effectively making them web-accessible. Ericom AccessNow is a subset of Ericom Connect's functionality, available as a separate license for simpler use cases.
