The Essentials plan supports 10M–100M DNS queries per month, up to 20 domains, 6,000 records, and 2 users. It includes traffic optimization via Global Traffic Director, a 100% uptime SLA, and Anycast network-based resolution for low-latency performance. The UltraDNS (Premium) plan is aimed at enterprise organizations requiring custom query volumes and advanced capabilities. It includes a DDoS-protected global Anycast network, dual DNS redundancy, DNSSEC, geographic and ASN-based routing, multi-cloud traffic steering, real-time analytics and logging, SSO and RBAC access controls, an automation API, and 24x7x365 support. Both plans are built on global infrastructure with automatic failover and geographic routing to optimize resolution speed and availability. Additional query usage beyond the plan allowance incurs per-million charges on the Essentials tier, while UltraDNS pricing is negotiated directly with the sales team.
