It enables the identification, registration, and tracking of visitors through a combination of hardware and software features. Key capabilities include pre-registration of expected visitors and on-the-spot registration of unscheduled visitors. The system supports physical identity verification hardware such as driver's license readers, passport scanners, digital cameras, and badge printers. Visitor badges can be restricted to specific turnstiles or access readers, and are set to automatically expire at a designated date and time. An access deny list allows tenants and property managers to flag individuals who are not permitted to enter the building; security personnel are notified in real time if a denied individual attempts to obtain a badge. The system includes a QR code-based check-in feature. Pre-registered visitors receive a one-time QR code via email that can be presented digitally or printed. Repeat visitors and contractors can be issued permanent passes. QR codes are scanned at entry points such as turnstiles or elevators to allow access. Tenants and authorized users can remotely view and search access history and visitor records, including scheduled visitors, processed visitors, building fire wardens, and non-authorized individuals. Custom badge templates can be designed per building or tenant.
