DirectAccess (Admin App) is a web-based and mobile application developed by Datawatch Systems for managing physical access control systems. It allows administrators to manage their access control infrastructure remotely from any web browser or smartphone. Key capabilities include: - Credential management: List, activate, modify, deactivate, or delete credential holder records, filterable by name, tenant, and building address. - Visitor pre-registration: Configure visitor access by specifying building address, visitor and tenant names, valid access days, authorized areas, special instructions, and optional passwords. Pre-registered visitors are surfaced in Datawatch's VisitorWatch® application for lobby check-in and badge issuance. - Access history search: Query access logs by address, tenant, date range, or credential-holder name, with export options to formats such as Excel and Word. - Tenant management: View, add, and edit tenant information. - User access control: Password protection to limit system access to authorized users only. A companion desktop application, DirectAccess® Express, is also available.
