All operational rules, philosophy, and guidance are dictated by the client, making the service fully customisable. Bluedog operates its own training academy in Manila, Philippines, where IT degree holders are recruited and trained in security and networking disciplines. This provides a consistent pipeline of staff that can be deployed to client SOC/NOC environments. Staff can be trained on a client's existing or newly implemented SIEM solution, enabling them to integrate with an in-house team or operate as the primary security team.
