The solution is built on AMPLIFY Decision Insight (ADI) and includes prebuilt dashboards that display file transfer performance metrics and service usage at a glance. Users can detect abnormal activity, investigate transfer failures, and monitor partner-facing service levels. Alerting is configurable via email or SNMP notifications, tied to punctuality checks or file transfer completion events. An in-situ resubmit capability allows administrators to retry failed transfers directly from the analytics interface, reducing resolution time. EA4ST is designed for rapid deployment, with automated installation and self-service startup guidance intended to reduce time-to-value. The solution is scoped to SecureTransport environments but can be upgraded to a full AMPLIFY Decision Insight license for broader visibility across APIs, message queues, databases, files, logs, and other business systems.
