Stoïk Email Security is a fully managed email fraud prevention module operated by Stoïk's SOC (Security Operations Center). It analyzes incoming emails to detect financial fraud attempts and Business Email Compromise (BEC). The module targets three primary threat types: - Fake invoices and bank transfer fraud, where attackers impersonate suppliers to redirect payments - CEO fraud and executive impersonation, where fraudsters pose as company executives to pressure finance teams into making urgent wire transfers - Compromised account abuse, where attackers leverage access to internal mailboxes to send convincing fraudulent emails internally or to external partners The solution is designed to integrate with existing email platforms via API, supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. From a cyber insurance perspective, deploying Stoïk Email Security provides policyholders with enhanced coverage benefits: the fraud sub-limit is multiplied by up to 4x (up to €1 million), and the standard requirement for dual payment validation procedures is waived when the module is active. Data handling: email content is processed for analysis but not stored unless flagged as malicious. Flagged data is retained in AWS data centers located in Europe. All data is encrypted and access is strictly controlled and logged. Stoïk holds ISO 27001 certification.
